ALTHOUGH THE BREWERY IS THE HEART OF FOLGA, THE RESTAURANT IS THE SOUL. IN THE CUISINE WE FAVOR THE RULE THAT SIMPLICITY IS AN EXPRESSION OF THE MOST REFINED TASTE.
In the restaurant we serve mainly regional specials.
One of the components of our exceptional dishes is artisinal beer.
The menu also includes a list of local wines, and our wine cellar and CUISINE will allow up to 100 people to enjoy the taste at once.
The chefs at Folga do not reveal their recipies. The only thing they can say is that the menu is arranged seasonally, to bring out the best (taste-wise) of everything in a given season of the year.
The menu for special events, family events and business meetings is an open matter. This is because we dont discuss opinions, but always discuss tastes.
FOLGA’S FUNDAMENTAL PRODUCT IS – OBVIOUSLY- BEER. IN THE FUTURE WE PLAN TO ENLARGE THE RANGE OF OUR ORIGINAL PRODUCTS.
